Volkswagen Group Korea has appointed Steve Cloutier as the president who will lead the Audi brand in Korea. Cloutier will oversee the overall operation of Audi’s business in Korea starting May 1.
The newly appointed president of Audi Korea, Steve Cloutier, has over 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked with various car brands such as BMW and Hyundai in South Africa and Bahrain. From 2014 to 2019, he was responsible for after-sales and dealer network operations at Audi Australia, and since 2019, he has been leading the sales and network development sector at Audi Australia.
Meanwhile, former president Im Hyun-ki is preparing for a new position. Til Share, CEO, stated, “I sincerely thank Im Hyun-ki for his dedication and significant contributions to the development of Audi Korea over the past 20 years. Im has been a founding member of Audi Korea, showing exemplary leadership and commitment even during the brand’s ups and downs. I wish him success in all his future challenges.”
