Audi’s official dealer, KOLON Auto, announced that it will run a promotional campaign for new customers throughout February to celebrate its ‘Dealer of the Year’ award.
This promotion comes in recognition of KOLON Auto receiving the ‘Dealer of the Year’ award at the 2023 Audi Dealer Awards, along with accolades in six categories, including ‘Best Sales’, ‘Best After-Sales Service’, and ‘Best Used Car Sales’ out of a total of 15 categories, reflecting its success over the past year and expressing gratitude towards customer support.
The promotion, which will take place at all KOLON Auto showrooms, is directed towards all customers who purchase a new car within the month of February. Customers who pick up a new vehicle during the promotional period will receive a gift voucher worth 1 million won for KOLON FnC clothing products. This voucher can be used like cash for purchases at eight popular brands under KOLON FnC, including WAC, Lucky Shoe, Epigram, Customellow, Henry Cotton, IRO, Cambridge Members, and Series. The vouchers are valid only at in-store locations within department stores after joining the e-KOLON membership online; hence, usage is restricted at direct stores, outlets, and online malls.
Additionally, an event will be held during the promotional period where customers who visit KOLON Auto showrooms and sign the electronic guestbook will receive an Audi umbrella.
A spokesperson for KOLON Auto stated, “This award is thanks to the hard work of our employees and the support from our trusted customers” and added, “We plan to continue striving for customer satisfaction with KOLON Auto’s unique differentiated services.”
On another note, KOLON Auto, Audi’s official dealer, currently operates four new car showrooms located in Daechi, Songpa-daero, Seodaegu, and Starfield Hanam, along with four official A/S service centers and one certified used car showroom.
