Lotte Rent-a-Car has launched the ‘Lotte Rent-a-Car My Car Save Direct Service’, which allows customers to complete everything from quotes to contracts for long-term used car rentals online in one-stop.

My Car Save is an innovative used car rental service that offers only vehicles under five years old from Lotte Rental’s own fleet of over 260,000 cars.

The history of accidents and maintenance is transparently managed, ensuring trust and reliability in the vehicles offered.

With the introduction of the My Car Save Direct Service, customers who find it difficult to gather information about purchasing a vehicle or feel burdened by face-to-face interactions with salespeople can now easily and conveniently check and contract for used cars online. The entire contract process can be completed online via PC or mobile at any time, 24/7, and the advantages include the ability to finalize quotes, reviews, and contracts in less than five minutes, all without in-person interaction.

Additionally, customer convenience has been enhanced by providing used car management services. All direct contract used cars come with free practical maintenance services that include the replacement of essential consumables (once a year) and visits for inspections (twice a year). Customers can choose premium maintenance options for an additional cost, allowing for periodic consumable replacements, four annual visits for maintenance inspections, as well as general maintenance, substitute vehicles, tire changes, and more additional services.

Since My Car Save is not a financial product, it does not affect credit ratings or borrowing limits, allowing customers to use the vehicle by simply paying the monthly rental fee without any additional costs. Contracts can be signed on the same day, and deliveries are supported within three business days, giving customers the flexibility to decide whether to take over or return the vehicle at the end of the contract term.

Launched last August, the My Car Save service from Lotte Rent-a-Car has received favorable evaluations regarding vehicle quality reliability and customer convenience, which are crucial in the used car market. In its first four months, the service has seen an average monthly contract increase of 50.3%, quickly establishing itself in the used car market.

Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the direct service, Lotte Rent-a-Car is running a promotion to support customers in their reasonable use of used cars. Customers who contract for used cars with mileage between 90,000 km and 120,000 km can enjoy a 5% discount on the monthly rental fee. A special exhibition showcasing top-condition used cars released within the last two years is also being prepared.

The My Car Save Direct Service from Lotte Rent-a-Car is available through the website and the Lotte Rent-a-Car mobile app.
