The official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, The Class Hyosung, is enhancing customer convenience by renewing its existing vehicle warranty extension program.

The warranty extension program from The Class Hyosung offers service benefits related to maintenance and warranty repairs for up to 6 years or 250,000 km after the original warranty period is exhausted.

This service can be utilized if customers purchase a new vehicle within 90 days of the first registration date and with an accumulated mileage of up to 3,000 km, or if they buy a used vehicle registered within 36 months and with a mileage of up to 100,000 km.

Since the introduction of this service, customers have experienced significant reductions in post-service costs after paying only the initial fees, enhancing their overall satisfaction as they can operate their vehicles with peace of mind during the warranty period.

To further enhance customer convenience, The Class Hyosung is renewing its service to include various additional benefits, such as ▲ new car exchange in case of vehicle accidents ▲ support for deductible costs for repairs ▲ and coverage for windshield damage.

Firstly, the ‘New Car Exchange Program’ offered for customers who extend their warranty for three years provides an exchange benefit for a new vehicle of the same type if an accident caused by a third party occurs during operation. If a collision occurs with a fault under 50% for the driver and the repair costs exceed 30% of the car’s price within one year from the date of registration, the customer can receive a new car of the same type and trim.

The ‘Windshield Coverage Program’ compensates costs for windshield damages not caused by collisions for customers with vehicles purchased within three years. After excluding the deductible of 20% from the actual repair cost, it supports windshield replacement costs up to a maximum of 3 million won per year.

The ‘Deductible Support Program’ for both new and existing vehicle customers offers up to 500,000 won in deductibles when repairing through their own insurance. Coverage is provided for a maximum of three incidents over three years, allowing customers to be compensated even in the case of single-vehicle accidents or accidents with unidentified parties.

Upon purchasing the ‘The Class Hyosung Warranty Extension Program’, customers might be excluded from the program and promotions due to pre-inspections and accident history checks; detailed information can be obtained from The Class Hyosung showrooms and service centers. Furthermore, customers can only utilize the program at The Class Hyosung service centers nationwide.
