Renault Korea will commence new car sales benefits starting from the New Year’s holiday, which begins on December 30.

In collaboration with Mobilize Financial Services Korea (MFSK), Renault Korea is introducing a new Residual Value Plus installment product that can be selected when purchasing any new car from the New Year. The new Residual Value Plus differs from the existing Residual Value SMART product by allowing customers to defer an additional 3% of the vehicle price, providing lower monthly payments compared to before.

Through this, customers can purchase the XM3 1.6 GTe Inspire for a monthly payment of 190,000 KRW, the XM3 E-TECH Hybrid for 200,000 KRW, and the QM6 LPe RE for 230,000 KRW with the 36-month Residual Value Plus option.

If customers purchase the XM3 and QM6 (excluding Quest) with the 36-month Residual Value Plus, they can return the vehicle anytime after one year of ownership, as opposed to only at the end of the term as per existing products. Additionally, when they return the vehicle and repurchase a new one after one year, up to 70% of the original vehicle price will be guaranteed. If they complete the term and repurchase, they will receive up to 7% cashback on the residual value of the existing vehicle.

Special promotional vehicles available at dealerships nationwide will offer additional benefits of up to 1 million KRW for the XM3 and 3.2 million KRW for the SM6. For the QM6, an additional 500,000 KRW will be added to the 2024 New Year special benefit, totaling 1.5 million KRW.

Jae-Seop Hwang, Executive Director of Renault Korea Sales and Network, stated, “To express our gratitude for the support from customers who love Renault Korea in the Year of the Dragon 2024, we are unveiling the Residual Value Plus installments, which allow various monthly payment options and offer the maximum guarantee for used car prices when returning vehicles. Additionally, to contribute to the popularization of hybrids, starting from the New Year, we will introduce the new XM3 hybrid model, available at around 20 million KRW, aligning with the growing trend in eco-friendly vehicles.”
