Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 3rd that it will implement the “Mercedes-Benz Airport Service” starting in December for customers purchasing new cars, providing parking and vehicle storage services when using Incheon International Airport.

The “Mercedes-Benz Airport Service” allows customers to hand over their vehicles to dedicated service staff when using Incheon International Airport. During the customer’s overseas stay, the vehicle will be stored in a separate indoor space, and it will be returned to the customer according to their arrival schedule. Customers with prior reservations can also receive additional services such as ▲regular maintenance, ▲replacement of consumables, ▲exterior car wash, and ▲electric vehicle charging service (charging costs will be billed at actual expenses).

The fee for the “Mercedes-Benz Airport Service” is 77,000 KRW for a 4-night, 5-day stay, with additional charges of 11,000 KRW per day starting from the 6th day. Customers of pure electric vehicles can use the service at a 50% discounted rate.

The “Mercedes-Benz Airport Service” can be utilized up to 3 times within the Integrated Service Package (ISP) period, while customers who purchase electric vehicles can use it without any limit on the number of times.

Tilo Grossmann, Vice President of Customer Service at Mercedes-Benz Korea, stated, “Through the newly launched airport service, we aim to fulfill both premium and convenience for our customers. We will strive to provide the best service for customers who trust in the value of Mercedes-Benz and purchase our vehicles.”

The “Mercedes-Benz Airport Service” can be reserved in advance starting in November through the Mercedes-Benz Customer Contact Center (080-001-1886) and will be available for actual use from December 1.
