Cadillac will hold a service campaign called ‘Cadillac Owner Care Service’ from the 15th to the 30th to assist safe driving during winter.
The ‘Cadillac Owner Care Service’ has been designed to support customers in safely handling sudden cold snaps and harsh driving conditions as the severe winter season approaches.
During this service campaign, Cadillac will offer complimentary inspections on eight essential items, including brakes and batteries, which are critical for winter driving. Additionally, free replenishment of consumable fluids such as brake oil, engine oil, coolant, and antifreeze will be provided.
Cadillac will also offer a promotion where customers who proceed with repairs on the pre-inspection items at service centers can purchase related certified parts (excluding lifestyle accessories and some parts) at a 20% discount.
This service campaign will take place at all 16 service centers nationwide from the 15th to the 30th. Customers wishing to participate can make a reservation at their nearest service center for a more prompt vehicle inspection.
