Stellantis Korea held the ‘2023 Jeep and Peugeot Service Skill Contest’ for official service center employees from Jeep and Peugeot.

The ‘Skill Contest’ is a technical competition aimed at enhancing the professionalism and capabilities of official service center employees to improve customer satisfaction. Stellantis Korea annually organizes the Service Skill Contest to create a competitive environment among service center employees, focusing on assessing service levels and improving quality.

This year’s contest saw participation from 164 Jeep and 80 Peugeot official service center employees, competing fiercely in three categories: maintenance technology, service advisors, and parts management.

The finals for the maintenance technology category took place on November 11 (Saturday) and November 18 (Saturday), held at the Seongdong Service Center and the Stellantis Korea Training Center located in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.

The maintenance category finals involved technicians diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults assigned in advance within a limited time of one hour, evaluated on-site by judges, while finalists in the service advisor and parts management categories will select the final winners based on individual ‘Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)’ without separate on-site evaluations.

Through the finals in all three categories, Stellantis Korea plans to select ten winners per brand, awarding a total of 20 employees with prizes. Gold, silver, and bronze awards of 3 million won, 2 million won, and 1 million won respectively will be given to the top three in each category, while two bronze award winners in the maintenance technology category will each receive 1 million won.

“Stellantis Korea continuously monitors service capabilities through AS field monitoring and the annual Service Skill Contest to ensure customer satisfaction,” said Jake Aumann, President of Stellantis Korea. “We will prioritize improving customer experience and strive to enhance service quality and strengthen network capability in the future,” he added.
