BMW Korea has launched an innovative ‘Proactive Care’ service that enables proactive vehicle management and introduces the groundbreaking features within the new BMW 5 Series through the ‘Guardians Angels Campaign’.

The Proactive Care service remotely collects vehicle data, allowing for the diagnostic of various situations that may arise during driving, from tire and battery health to oil changes and more serious issues like accidents.

Customers can receive various notifications regarding maintenance needs, from simple fixes to urgent tow assistance, through phone calls, apps, or text messages, ensuring they can operate their vehicles safely and comfortably without any worries. Additionally, vehicle status can be checked anytime using the My BMW app, and for service needs, consultations and appointments can be made via BMW’s dedicated mobile application, BMW Plus.

Starting along with the launch of the new 5 Series, the Proactive Care service is available on several models. More details can be confirmed through the BMW Communication Center (080-700-8000).

In conjunction with this, BMW Korea is launching the ‘Guardians Angels Campaign’, celebrating the official unveiling of the next-gen premium sedan, the new 5 Series, which showcases the innovative driver assistance features equipped within it.

This campaign highlights advanced features and services focused on the driver, including a driver assistance system that optimizes charging routes for the driving environment, remote parking control known as ‘Remote Control Parking’, and theft prevention systems that act like ‘guardian angels’ to protect and safeguard the occupants.

The BMW New 5 Series Guardians Angels Campaign will be introduced through various channels, including BMW Korea’s official Instagram and YouTube accounts.

Meanwhile, the new 5 Series, introduced as a complete redesign of the 8th generation after six years, boasts an enlarged chassis, a striking design, driving dynamics that perfectly balance sportiness and comfort, as well as cutting-edge digital services and innovative convenience features.

The BMW New 5 Series is set to officially launch in South Korea on the 5th, making it the world’s first market to receive this new model.
