The new Genesis GV80 officially started sales on the 11th.

The GV80 is a mid-to-large SUV from Genesis, representing the 1.5-generation facelift model of the GV80 that was launched in 2020.

The brand’s iconic two-line headlights, large lattice-pattern grille, and massive air intakes immediately showcase the Genesis identity. The sleek silhouette that flows from the A-pillar to the D-pillar captivates onlookers.

Inside, the 27-inch integrated wide display connects the horizontal layout cluster and AVN screen, creating an image of a sophisticated, high-tech space. The center fascia enhances the luxurious feel with a seamless design, while the application of climate control improves usability. The crystal-design electronic shift dial and integrated controller offer a comfortable grip alongside an added sense of luxury.

The GV80 lineup consists of two powertrains: a 2.5 gasoline turbo with a maximum output of 304 horsepower and 43.0 kg.m of torque, and a 3.5 gasoline turbo with a maximum output of 380 horsepower and 54.0 kg.m of torque. For the GV80 Coupe, a 3.5 gasoline turbo 48V supercharged electric engine is added, emphasizing dynamic performance with a maximum output of 415 horsepower and 56.0 kg.m of torque.

The starting prices are 69.3 million won for the 2.5 gasoline turbo and 74.8 million won for the 3.5 gasoline turbo. For the GV80 Coupe, the starting price is 82.55 million won for the 2.5 gasoline turbo and 86.75 million won for the 3.5 gasoline turbo, with the 48V electric supercharged version starting at 91.9 million won.
