The flagship model adds more value, and the price has actually decreased. This applies to both KG Mobility’s Torres and Renault Korea’s QM6. It’s a desperate measure to overcome the dramatic drop in sales.

KG Mobility has launched the 2024 model Torres. For the 2024 model, smartphone mirroring is now standard, and the free Infocon service period has been significantly extended from 2 years to 5 years. Additionally, a winter snow accumulation prevention cover has been provided to greatly enhance consumer convenience.

For the Torres T5, features that previously required an additional cost, including auto light control, rain-sensing wipers, smart high beam, and a smart key system, are now standard, with the price reduced from 28,520,000 KRW to 27,970,000 KRW, a drop of 550,000 KRW. The T7 trim retains its price at 31,740,000 KRW while adding options such as a power passenger seat, digital key, 5-year Infocon extension, 3D mesh mats, and door scuff plates as standard.

The warranty period for the Torres bi-fuel version is 3 years with unlimited mileage, and the TL5 trim has decreased in price from 31,820,000 KRW to 31,270,000 KRW, a reduction of 550,000 KRW.

Prior to this, Renault Korea had already initiated price adjustments. The QM6 LPe LE trim has seen a price drop from 29,310,000 KRW to 28,400,000 KRW, a reduction of 910,000 KRW. The RE trim reduced its price from 33,650,000 KRW to 31,700,000 KRW, a decline of 1,950,000 KRW.

The XM3 has also seen a price adjustment. A new Inspire trim has been added to the lineup with the 1.6GTe RE trim, including the signature package plus option. The price is set at 26,800,000 KRW, which is 180,000 KRW lower than the previous configuration of the RE trim (24,180,000 KRW) plus the signature plus package (2,800,000 KRW), totaling 26,980,000 KRW.
