Audi Korea has announced that its official dealer,御진 Motors, has opened a new exhibition center at Starfield Anseong.

The Audi Starfield Anseong concept store is the third ‘city mall concept’ dealership introduced by Audi Korea to expand its touchpoints with customers. Covering a total area of 376.85㎡, it is equipped to display up to 4 vehicle models and is located on the first floor of the shopping mall to enhance customer accessibility. The Audi Starfield Anseong concept store aims to provide high-quality services and a premium brand experience to customers from Seoul as well as those in the southern Gyeonggi region.

In line with the city mall concept, the Audi Starfield Anseong concept store incorporates the latest digital technologies, offering a variety of interactive content for customers to experience.

Through the DRM (Digital Retail Module) system that digitally displays vehicle colors and interior and exterior options in 3D, customers can explore customized ‘My Audi’ vehicles with various color and option combinations. Additionally, a media wall of the largest scale in the country is installed at the entrance, allowing visitors to enjoy media art that reflects Audi’s brand identity.

To celebrate the opening of the Audi Starfield Anseong concept store,御진 Motors will hold various on-site events for those who receive vehicle consultations and test drives. Additionally, throughout September, they are running a promotion for gift giveaways to all customers who purchase any model, including the Q4 e-tron. More details about the exhibition center news and events can be found on the御진 Motors official website and social media channels. The Audi Starfield Anseong concept store operates year-round from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Im Hyun-ki, CEO of Audi Korea, stated, “Beginning with the opening of the first Audi concept store at Shinsegae Department Store in Gimhae last March, we opened the Starfield Hanam concept store in August, now followed by the Starfield Anseong concept store. We expect that through the newly introduced city mall concept exhibition center, Audi will be more accessible to customers and provide an easy opportunity for test drives and product experiences, bridging the gap between the brand and its customers.” He also added, “Audi Korea will focus on enhancing the quality of customer service along with new vehicle sales, reviewing our customer engagement processes and systems to ensure a genuine premium brand experience at every customer touchpoint.”
