Kia will conduct its fall recruitment for new graduates from the 11th to the 25th of this month, lasting 15 days.

This recruitment covers a total of 13 areas, including ▲ Global Business ▲ Domestic Business ▲ Autoland Hwaseong ▲ Autoland Gwangmyeong ▲ Autoland Gwangju ▲ Powertrain (PT) Business ▲ Manufacturing Solutions (Production Technology) ▲ Production Planning ▲ Purchasing ▲ Quality ▲ Customer Experience (Brand/Marketing/CX) ▲ Finance ▲ Safety and Environment.

The target candidates are those who are expected to graduate from a four-year college in February 2024, or those who already hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees. The final acceptance announcement will be made in December, with the onboarding expected to take place in early 2024.

Kia introduced a hybrid recruitment method starting last fall. In the first half of the year, it conducts continuous recruitment by job type monthly, while in the second half, it holds bulk recruitment by department.

The bulk recruitment by department conducted in the second half has a fixed application and onboarding timeline, allowing applicants to prepare according to the recruitment schedule.

Kia has been holding recruitment counseling sessions at nine universities nationwide since the 4th of this month. There are plans to host online recruitment counseling sessions using the metaverse on the 15th and 22nd.

Since the 8th, Kia has also conducted an offline recruitment counseling pop-up store titled ‘Accidental Job Seekers Season 3’ at EV Unplugged Ground in Seongsu, featuring one-on-one employment counseling with HR representatives and programs like the Burke Career Diagnosis for three days aimed at job seekers.

A Kia representative stated, “We will do our best to provide job seekers with more detailed information they need through various methods,” and added, “We hope to see a lot of interest and applications from candidates with outstanding competencies for the fall recruitment of new graduates.”
