Chevrolet is expanding the 20% support benefit for its engine oil change vouchers, which were previously sold at direct service centers and selective partner service networks, along with the paid precision vehicle diagnostic service.

Starting from July 10, Chevrolet will extend the 20% support on engine oil change vouchers to a nationwide network of 173 service centers, including direct service centers.

Customers can freely use their engine oil change vouchers purchased at a 20% discount within 36 months at designated service networks. Even if the cost of engine oil changes increases within 36 months of purchase, customers will not have to bear any additional costs, providing an economic advantage. Additionally, if customers can no longer use the vouchers, for instance, due to selling their vehicle or moving, they can receive a refund for the remaining amount.

Moreover, Chevrolet is expanding its paid precision diagnostics program—previously available only at nine direct service centers—to a total of 155 service networks nationwide. Customers can choose between a special program and a premium program to have their vehicle’s overall condition assessed by experts. The special program focuses on basic inspections and safety-related checks using diagnostic equipment, while the premium program includes checks on the vehicle’s chassis and body along with the special program.

The cost for the precision diagnostics program ranges from 30,000 KRW to 90,000 KRW, depending on the vehicle and service. If customers request repairs on the same day for inspected items, they will receive a 50% discount on the inspection fee and a 10% discount on repair costs. This product is popular among customers with vehicles older than five years, those buying used cars, or those curious about their vehicle’s condition, making it useful for customers who want to prolong their car’s lifespan or prioritize safety.

Customers can verify the participating locations for the 20% engine oil change voucher benefit and the precision diagnostics service through the customer service center.
