Chevrolet launches a ‘Flood Damage Vehicle Service Campaign’ aimed at supporting customers whose vehicles were damaged by severe flooding, offering a total of 50% support for repair costs and home service campaigns in affected areas. This initiative targets customers without car insurance and provides up to 50% support for repair costs when flood-damaged vehicles are brought to Chevrolet’s service network.

Additionally, Chevrolet will provide home service campaigns in flooded areas, offering emergency assistance, free vehicle inspections, and parts replacement services. The company aims to actively inform customers about ongoing support programs through Chevrolet’s service and sales networks to minimize the inconvenience for customers with flood-damaged vehicles.

As the peak summer vacation season approaches, Chevrolet is launching a ‘2023 Summer Vacation Free Inspection Campaign’ to ensure the safety of customers driving during this period. This campaign will run from the 26th to the 28th across 9 Chevrolet direct service centers nationwide, including Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Busan, and is available to all Chevrolet customers.

During this campaign period, customers visiting the service centers will receive free inspection services for a total of eight items: ▲ Engine oil, filters, air cleaner elements ▲ Air conditioning filter ▲ Automatic transmission oil ▲ Brake oil ▲ Battery ▲ Tires (air pressure/wear) ▲ Brake pads ▲ Wipers (arms/blades).

To ensure convenient service during the holiday period, Chevrolet will operate a comprehensive command center (Chevrolet Customer Center: ☎080-3000-5000) and establish emergency response teams to assist customers with quick solutions in case of vehicle breakdowns or accidents during the summer vacation season.
