Renault Korea Automotive is operating the “Renault Experience Pop-Up Store” from May 4 to 7 at the Open Stage located on the first floor of Shinsegae Central City in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, where customers can enjoy and experience new models and services.

In line with the Children’s Day holiday, this Renault Experience Pop-Up Store offers various participation programs to ensure customers can enjoy and experience Renault Korea’s new products and services with family and friends.

Visitors can uniquely experience the displayed vehicles in the pop-up store through AR filters, or try out services like Assist Call, which provides remote assistance during emergencies while driving. Participants can also join the “Create Your SM6” campaign, where they can design their own SM6 using AI and convert it into NFT. Additionally, visitors can experience a listening zone in collaboration with the music curation YouTube channel, Essential.

Customers participating in the test drive program can also experience in-car payment services, allowing them to order and pay for food and beverages from inside the vehicle. After the test drive, they will receive F&B vouchers and fuel gift cards worth 10,000 won. The test drive program can be pre-registered on the Renault Korea Automotive website, and on-site registration is also available depending on the test drive schedule.

Visitors to the Renault Experience Pop-Up Store can participate in a stamp tour, collecting stickers as they engage in various experience programs. Customers who collect all 7 stickers will receive up to 3 R-coins, which can be used for a chance to win prizes from a random box vending machine containing around 1000 items, such as Apple AirPods Max, Nintendo Switch, and Bose Bluetooth speakers.

The Renault Experience Pop-Up Store showcases the latest vehicles from Renault Korea, including the XM3 E-TECH hybrid, SM6 TCe 300 Inspire, and the versatile new SUV QM6 Quest. There will also be vehicle consultation services available for interested customers.

Information about the Renault Experience Pop-Up Store programs and test drive pre-registration can be found on the Renault Korea Automotive website’s “Pop-Up in Seoul” event page, as well as at nationwide sales showrooms and service networks.

Meanwhile, Renault Korea Automotive’s Renault Experience (R: Xperience) is a comprehensive customer experience program aimed at continuously updating products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

In March, Renault Korea Automotive showcased its first update of the year for the Renault Experience, introducing the new SM6 TCe 300 INSPIRE trim, enhancing the XM3’s product quality, launching the Easy Connect parking fee payment service with extended free service periods, expanding 24/7 care services at AS service centers, and launching the connected car insurance special provisions.

Additionally, during the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show, a Renault Experience zone was created at Ilsan KINTEX, where customers had the opportunity to test drive vehicles, resulting in significant customer interest and successful sales contracts.
