The “Lamborghini Seoul Dongdaemun Showroom” has completed its renovations and is now open. The facilities of the Lamborghini Seoul Service Center have been upgraded to enhance customer convenience.

The Lamborghini Seoul Service Center has focused on reducing customer wait times by increasing the utilization rate through the renewal of standard repair work bays. The Service Center has added three new standard repair work bays. Additionally, by bolstering its maintenance personnel who have received systematic training from Lamborghini and enhancing in-house training, the center aims to provide high-quality maintenance services.

The Lamborghini Seoul Service Center offers a transparent service through a pre-inspection bay set up on the first floor, where customers can directly assess their vehicles with a service advisor during an initial diagnosis. With a body correction, repair, and painting facility on the fourth floor, along with new work bays located on the fifth and sixth floors for standard repairs, quick and accurate service processing is possible. A parking facility and a lounge exclusively for service customers have also been established to provide a differentiated and elevated level of service unique to Lamborghini Seoul.

The Lamborghini Service Center has become the first in South Korea to obtain TUV certification in the fields of body correction, painting, and carbon fiber repair, recognized for its expertise by TUV SUD, a globally renowned quality certification organization. TUV SUD, based in Germany, provides testing, inspection, certification, and evaluation services across various industries, including automotive, electronics, petrochemicals, and IT devices. With over 110 years of experience in the automotive industry, it is recognized worldwide for safety, quality, reliability, and independence.

Through the implementation of state-of-the-art equipment, including dedicated diagnostic and alignment measurement tools, the Lamborghini Service Center has enhanced its service capabilities to match that of Lamborghini headquarters, increasing processing efficiency. The service center conducts precise repairs based on real-time vehicle feedback from Lamborghini headquarters through dedicated diagnostic tools.

Additionally, the Lamborghini Service Center assists customers swiftly through its 24/7 roadside assistance program. In situations where a vehicle cannot operate due to an accident or breakdown, the center provides prompt responses to support the customers. Damaged vehicles are repaired more meticulously based on the high-quality equipment and facilities of the Service Center.
