Yokaro Automobile, an official dealer of Volkswagen, has relocated its Haeundae showroom and renewed its Namcheon showroom to offer a differentiated brand experience to customers in Busan. This marks the first implementation of Volkswagen’s new brand design and digitalization concept in the country.

The Haeundae showroom, which opened in 2014, has served as a landmark in the imported car street of Haeundae, greatly contributing to enhancing the brand image. The newly relocated Haeundae showroom is conveniently located right in front of Haeundae Station, which is on Subway Line 2, increasing customer accessibility and expanding opportunities for brand experiences.

With a total area of 998.01 square meters, the first floor features a highlight platform while the second floor includes a customer lounge and a brand lounge, allowing visitors to explore Volkswagen’s various models in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Furthermore, it will provide diverse experiences not only for test drives of all models but also for customers encountering the brand for the first time.

The newly relocated Haeundae showroom and the revamped Namcheon showroom will present a digitalization concept showroom that Volkswagen is debuting in South Korea. Customers can experience detailed vehicle explanations as well as various video content through various digital devices. ‘Channel Volkswagen’ is a video player platform created by Volkswagen Korea, executed via smart TVs installed within the showroom, where videos about Volkswagen brands and vehicle models can be watched.

Customers can verify clear information and technical details about vehicle models using various digital devices such as TVs, mobile phones, tablets, and PCs in the showroom. This is made possible through a web service called ‘VW KMS (Volkswagen Knowledge Management System)’, which is directly produced and controlled by Volkswagen Korea, providing a rich digital information environment to customers.

In celebration of the grand reopening of the Haeundae showroom and the renovation of the Namcheon showroom, customers visiting both locations will receive a set of Volkswagen mugs on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, customers who purchase a Touareg will be entered into a draw to win a stay at the Josun Hotel & Resort.

Yokaro Automobile has been an official dealer for Volkswagen since 2001 and currently operates five new car showrooms in Busan (Namcheon and Haeundae, along with Dongnae, Hakjang, Changwon, Ulsan, and Jeju) as well as a certified used car showroom in Namcheon and six service centers.
