Renault Korea is offering special benefits for the spring outing season. Until May 15, you can replace your premium air conditioning filters and premium synthetic engine oil at discounts of up to 25% and 15%, respectively.

During the promotional period, customers visiting Renault Korea’s direct and partner service centers can replace their first premium air conditioning filter at a 25% discount. Existing customers using premium air conditioning filters can also enjoy a 20% discount when registered on the MY Renault Korea app, while non-members can receive a 15% discount.

Customers who purchase a standard air conditioning filter will receive a 15% discount if they are MY Renault Korea app members, while non-members will receive a 10% discount.

All customers exchanging premium synthetic engine oil from brands such as Castrol and Eurorub during the promotional period can receive a 15% discount on parts as well.

The premium air conditioning filters available through this special discount can filter out PM 2.5 fine particulate matter by up to 99%, keeping the air within your vehicle cleaner and fresher. They are made without harmful substances like octylisothiazolinone (OIT) and are constructed with an added activated carbon layer for enhanced safety.

For premium synthetic engine oil products, as they do not contain impurities, they provide excellent engine protection even in extreme temperatures during startup. Moreover, their high thermal oxidation stability means less degradation of the oil, leading to a longer replacement cycle and economic benefits.

This special discount applies to parts only, excluding labor costs, and will not apply to insurance, warranty, accident repair vehicles, or simple parts purchases. Furthermore, electric vehicles are excluded from the engine oil discount.

Meanwhile, Renault Korea continues to update its MY Renault Korea app, allowing customers to experience all customized care service journeys through just one platform. Currently, the Renault Korea mobile app offers online maintenance reservation services as well as the first online maintenance estimate function offered by domestic automakers.

To help customers with busy weekday schedules who find it challenging to visit direct service centers, Renault Korea has expanded its ’24/7 Care Service’, which allows for night and weekend admissions, to not only direct service centers but also to 131 partner service networks nationwide.
