Honda Korea is officially launching its ‘Honda Online Platform’ on the 20th, transitioning to a full-fledged online and offline omnichannel business.

The ‘Honda Online Platform’ allows customers to purchase all models of Honda vehicles in South Korea at a single price (One Price) 24/7 from anywhere. Honda Korea aims to create a convenient and easy vehicle purchasing experience by analyzing diverse customer needs and online buying patterns to introduce a differentiated platform unique to Honda.

On the newly introduced ‘Honda Online Platform’, customers can complete the entire vehicle purchasing process online, including test drive applications, quote generation, and payment of deposits and final payments. It is also possible to check the estimated delivery timeline, and vehicles can be delivered through a nationwide network of Honda dealers as per customer preference. Additionally, the ‘Online Showroom’ allows for a 360-degree view of the interior and exterior images, enhancing convenience for customers who prefer to buy online without face-to-face interactions.

In terms of test drive reservations, they will be linked in real-time with Honda dealer showrooms. Upon visiting the showroom, customers will be welcomed by ‘Honda Curators’—experts with specialized knowledge and consultation skills rather than regular sales consultants—who will focus on detailed vehicle explanations, test drives, and consultations to provide a differentiated customer experience and customized service.

Easy Hong, CEO of Honda Korea, stated, “The Honda Online Platform will provide a completely new car purchasing journey that our customers have never experienced before, in line with changing trends in online purchasing and diverse customer needs.” He added, “We hope that customers will experience the transformed Honda through progressive systems like the One Price policy and Honda Curators that are ahead of other import car companies in Korea.”

To celebrate the launch of the ‘Honda Online Platform’, Honda Korea is also hosting a prize event. From April 20 to June 30, customers who save a quote on the ‘Honda Online Platform’ will receive a coffee gift coupon, and those who purchase the ‘All-New CR-V Turbo’ during the same period will be entered into a draw for exciting prizes.

In the future, the ‘Honda Online Platform’ will not only facilitate vehicle purchases but will also provide various online content aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Detailed information regarding the sales models, including the ‘All-New CR-V Turbo’ and launch promotional events, can be confirmed through the ‘Honda Online Platform’ or at a nearby official Honda automobile dealer.
