Encars.com has become the first in the industry to surpass 50 support centers nationwide.

In the first quarter of this year alone, two ‘Advertising Support Centers’ and a new support center called ‘믿고 센터’ have opened, marking a groundbreaking achievement for the used car platform with over 50 support centers across the country. The newly opened centers include Changwon KC World Car, Daegu MoonPyung (renewal opening), and Suwon 믿고 센터.

Encars.com is committed to expanding offline direct support centers such as ‘Advertising Support Centers’ and ‘믿고 센터’ to create a reliable used car trading environment for sellers and buyers. 엔카 is unique among used car platforms in having such infrastructure, enhancing its O2O (Online to Offline) service capabilities by bridging online and offline.

Launched for the first time this year, the ‘믿고 센터’ allows customers to receive support in understanding the performance status of used cars from performance experts. The service is based on vehicles that have been inspected for performance and condition by Encars, featuring a premium showroom where customers can comfortably check the vehicle’s performance one-on-one.

The Encars Advertising Support Center includes a photo studio that provides photography services of the listings registered on Encars. This center offers support through the AI vehicle information registration solution ‘Mobile Diagnosis’ to ensure accurate listing information such as vehicle options and grades, as well as performing ‘Encars Diagnosis’ to certify that the vehicle has not been in an accident. Custom dealer consulting is also available to suggest effective advertising and sales solutions for dealers and wholesalers.

Encars.com plans to open additional support centers in the second half of this year. By establishing offline infrastructure, it aims to build a foundation for used car O2O services while exploring various ways to enhance transaction convenience for sellers and buyers, while also diversifying its services.
