Kia is offering a free K-Delivery service for the entire month of May as a thank-you event for customer support.

From May 2 to May 31, customers who make maintenance reservations through the Total Reservation Center (1899-0200) with AutoQ service partners will receive one free round trip of the K-Delivery service (for warranty repairs only; direct centers are excluded).

The K-Delivery service is a non-contact vehicle maintenance service designed for car owners who find it difficult to visit AutoQ. Specialized transportation company partners, in collaboration with Kia, will pick up the vehicle at the customer’s desired location and return the completed vehicle after servicing.

The service is available nationwide, including remote areas and Jeju Island, for distances up to 30 km each way.

Customers can hand over their vehicle to a professional driver within 30 minutes of applying for the service, and within 1 hour in remote areas. They can also check the assignment of drivers and the status of vehicle movement in real-time via KakaoTalk.

A representative from Kia stated, “We are making various efforts to alleviate customer inconvenience during vehicle maintenance and improve convenience. We will continue to strengthen maintenance services from the customer’s perspective.”
