Starting this March, Chevrolet has launched a dedicated ‘Chevrolet Service Reservation Call Center’ (☏ 1600-0992) to enhance customer convenience and communication in line with the expansion of imported premium products.

The dedicated service reservation call center aims to eliminate the inconvenience of having to make service appointments through various service networks. Customers can now make a reservation to any Chevrolet service center across the country with just one phone call.

With just a contact to the dedicated call center, customers can check the availability of service centers and schedules throughout the nation, significantly enhancing customer convenience during their service process.

Moreover, alongside the operation of the dedicated call center with professional consultants, Chevrolet has also improved its website, allowing customers to make reservations directly. This initiative strengthens customer accessibility to the Chevrolet service network.

The Chevrolet Service Reservation Call Center operates daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (with a lunch break from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.).

Lee Yong-tae, Executive Director of GM Customer Care and Services, stated, “Starting this month, we are operating the Chevrolet Service Reservation Call Center to embody Chevrolet’s customer values, which are centered around our customers.” He added, “With specialized premium customer services such as pickup and delivery and express service for Chevrolet’s premium imported products like Colorado, Traverse, and Tahoe, the launch of this service reservation call center consolidates appointments for over 400 service networks into one dedicated call center, enhancing customer convenience in their maintenance experience and allowing us to offer differentiated services from other imported brands.”

Based on a nationwide network of over 400 service centers, Chevrolet provides professional and swift vehicle solutions. Notably, in May of last year, Chevrolet was recognized as an excellent call center for 19 consecutive years by the Korea Management Association Consulting in the ‘2022 Korea Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI),’ reaffirming its commitment to prioritizing customer value.

Additionally, GM Korea plans to enhance its identity as an authentic American imported brand this year, expanding its lineup of premium SUVs and pickup trucks to offer a broader selection for customers. Following the reconstruction of the Seoul Yangpyeong Service Center, they are building a state-of-the-art service center in East Seoul, and as various global models from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles are being introduced, they aim to improve maintenance skills to provide industry-leading services.
