BMW Korea officially launches the all-new M3 Touring, the first wagon model in the M3 lineup.

The new M3 Touring retains the dynamic driving performance of the new M3, BMW’s representative high-performance sports sedan, while adding space utility unique to the wagon form, providing both driving pleasure and practicality.

BMW’s high-performance brand, BMW M, expands its lineup with the launch of the new M3 Touring wagon model in the premium mid-size sports segment, following the new M3 sedan and the new M4 coupe and convertible.

The exterior of the new M3 Touring combines modern sensibility with signature M dynamic design elements, exuding a sporty charm. The front features a vertical frameless BMW kidney grille, sleekly designed BMW laser lights, and large air intakes at the bottom, creating an intense and overwhelming atmosphere.

Inspired by racing cars, the sides are equipped with black high-gloss side sills and prominently flared front and rear fenders, complemented by an aggressive rear bumper and diffuser design, finishing with twin tailpipes for a bold look. The top features a black high-gloss roof and rear roof spoiler, adding to its sporty appeal.

The interior, designed around the driver, incorporates the latest digital design elements from BMW. The dashboard is equipped with the BMW curved display, consisting of a 12.3-inch information display and a 14.9-inch control display. The front seats come standard with M sports seats that robustly support passengers’ bodies, ensuring an optimal driving environment even on the track.

The trunk offers a standard loading capacity of 500 liters, which can be expanded to a maximum of 1,510 liters by folding down the rear seat backs in a 40:20:40 split configuration. Additionally, an electric trunk door and a stand-alone rear window opening function are standard features for convenient trunk usage, along with a roof railing for versatility as a high-performance touring model.

Under the hood, the BMW M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder gasoline engine produces a maximum output of 510 horsepower and peak torque of 66.3 kg.m, paired with an M Steptronic Sports 8-speed transmission, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. The M xDrive all-wheel-drive system, exclusive to M models, allows for seamless switching between rear-wheel and all-wheel drive.

The new M3 Touring also features M-specific functions that support dynamic track driving, including M traction control adjustable in 10 levels, an M drift analyzer for measuring and recording drift driving, and the M lap timer function as part of the M Drive Professional package.

The M mode includes a track mode that disables all electronic devices, music, and infotainment features, allowing the driver to focus entirely on driving with just one button. Additionally, pressing the setup button on the center console allows for individual adjustments of the engine, chassis, steering, and brake system settings, with two M buttons on the steering wheel enabling drivers to save their preferred settings for immediate recall.

Furthermore, driving assistant professional features including steering and lane-keeping assistance, state-of-the-art BMW head-up displays, and parking assistant plus with surround view capabilities enhance safe and comfortable driving in daily life.

Other luxury conveniences include a three-zone air conditioning system, a Harman Kardon surround sound system, rear seat sun shades, a storage compartment package with side netting, and a luggage compartment package with automatic sliding and anti-slip rails, all included as standard.
