Kia is launching the customer rewards program ‘Kia Benefit Plus’ to express gratitude to customers who have patiently waited for their new car deliveries.

Kia Benefit Plus is a subscription service offered to customers who have been waiting for their new car for more than 180 days. The company has decided to enhance its existing long-wait customer care program, ‘Waiting, Thank You Care’ insurance service.

With the introduction of Kia Benefit Plus, the company aims to provide tangible benefits to long-waiting customers and increase customer satisfaction.

Kia Benefit Plus offers various lifestyle-oriented subscription service options tailored to the customer’s lifestyle. It strengthens the subscription period and selection range according to the waiting periods: ▲ Medium Wait (180-269 days) ▲ Long Wait (270-365 days) ▲ Ultra Long Wait (366 days or more).

Available subscription services include: ▲ Unlimited e-book subscription service ‘Ridi Select’ ▲ Digital music streaming service ‘Genie’ ▲ Video content service including broadcasts, movies, and foreign series ‘Wavve’ ▲ Premium sports OTT services like EPL and golf ‘SPOTV NOW’ ▲ Subscription service for organic and eco-friendly agricultural products ‘Uglier’s’. Customers can choose one benefit that fits their waiting period grade from these options.

For ultra long-wait customers who have waited over a year (366 days or more), Kia adds a branded floral gift when they apply for the subscription service.

Kia Benefit Plus is scheduled to run until December this year, available for customers who meet the waiting period after vehicle deliveries post-March 2, 2023, excluding electric cars and Bongos. Customers can apply for benefits within 90 days after the vehicle delivery via the ‘My Kia’ app.

A Kia representative stated, “We have prepared benefits for our customers in gratitude for their valuable patience in waiting for their vehicles. We will strive to enhance customer trust in Kia through continuous communication and appreciation events.”
