Jaguar Land Rover Korea has announced that the iconic off-roader, the All-New Defender, has been selected as the best imported large SUV and off-roader at the ‘2023 Best Cars’ awards by Germany’s leading automotive magazine, ‘Auto Motor und Sport’.
In an annual survey conducted among readers of Auto Motor und Sport, the All-New Defender was chosen as the best SUV among a total of 38 candidates. The All-New Range Rover also achieved the honor of finishing second in the imported luxury SUV and off-roader category.
Auto Motor und Sport is one of the three most influential automotive magazines in Germany, alongside Auto Bild and Auto Zeitung. This year’s awards, marking the 47th edition, were conducted through a vote of ‘Best Car Awards’ with 101,550 readers across 13 categories.
The redesigned All-New Defender has consistently received various awards worldwide since its initial launch, gaining immense popularity. It is equipped with innovative technologies that redefine 21st-century adventure and improved fully automatic terrain response technology, allowing it to grow into an incomparable segment.
The All-New Defender offers three body length options: 90, 110, and 130, which features 8 seats. It boasts a fast and intuitive Pivi Pro infotainment system, as well as Land Rover’s exclusive four-wheel drive technology and a fully automatic terrain response system that provides optimal driving performance on any surface, whether on-road or off-road.

Following the All-New Defender’s accolade in the 2023 Best Car awards, the All-New Range Rover secured second place in the imported luxury SUV and off-road category.
