Hyundai Motor Company is accelerating its recruitment for a large-scale number of R&D roles in order to hasten the transition to a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) system this first half of the year.

Hyundai announced that it will start hiring for hundreds of experienced positions across its R&D division through its recruitment website (http://h-career.com/main/) from February 20 (Monday) to March 5 (Sunday).

This experienced recruitment is aimed at ensuring the driving force for future new business initiatives while also securing top R&D talent to lead the significant transformation towards the SDV framework.

The recruitment will cover all areas of the R&D division, including ▲Vehicle Development ▲Control/Connected Systems ▲Vehicle Architecture ▲Battery and Hydrogen technologies. The hiring process will proceed in the order of ▲Document Screening (March) ▲Job Interviews (April) ▲Comprehensive Interviews (May).

The final accepted candidates are expected to join in July, and the detailed schedule can be confirmed through the recruitment announcements for each division.

The AI-based preliminary interview, which was introduced last year, will also continue. This method analyzes candidates’ expressions, behaviors, and voices through AI during the Q&A process, enhancing the objectivity of evaluations.

Alongside this recruitment schedule, Hyundai is also actively recruiting software development talents in areas like ▲Infotainment ▲Autonomous Driving ▲Robotics ▲Electronics through ongoing monthly hiring.

A Hyundai official stated, “Our goal is to lead the rapidly evolving mobility market with the best R&D talents both domestically and internationally,” adding, “We are dedicated to creating a work environment where R&D experts can continuously grow and develop.”

Meanwhile, to enhance convenience for applicants, recruitment for new graduates is being aggregated on the 1st of every odd month through the Hyundai recruitment website (https://talent.hyundai.com/) and will be conducted in March.
