Bentley Motors has been named the UK’s ‘Best Workplace’ for 12 consecutive years by the Great Place to Work Association. Among Britain’s automotive firms, Bentley is the only company to achieve this honor.

The Great Place to Work Association recognized Bentley for its innovative and compelling approach to the career development of its employees, as well as its progressive and strategic vision for the future.

Dr. Karen Lange, a board member in charge of human resources at Bentley Motors, stated, “For more than 100 years, our employees have been at the heart of our business. We are once again proud to be recognized as a ‘Best Workplace’. Bentley has set an ambitious goal to become a leader in sustainable luxury mobility over the next century, and developing and attracting talented individuals to join us on this journey is crucial. Looking ahead, it’s important that we collaborate as one team with our employees to achieve significant outcomes and develop new technologies. Being recognized as a top workplace at the start of this year shows us that we are on the right path.”

The Great Place to Work Association annually selects leading employers worldwide who provide excellent working environments, continuously improve their hiring processes, and dedicate efforts to nurturing and growing talent throughout their organizations.

The recognition as a top workplace is a central aspect of Bentley’s Beyond100 strategy. Bentley aims to become a fully carbon-neutral and battery-electric vehicle manufacturer by 2030, while pushing for full electrification across its entire model lineup during the same timeframe.

To design and build this future, Bentley focuses on attracting diverse talent in areas such as problem-solving, digital innovation, and creativity, as well as retraining in specific sectors. Furthermore, Bentley aims to enhance diversity in management by tapping into talent from all walks of life.
