Cadillac is launching an unlimited ‘Pickup & Delivery Service’ customer satisfaction program exclusively for Escalade customers.

The Escalade, completed with the essence of ‘American Luxury’ presented by Cadillac, has gained immense popularity to the extent that it is known as the ‘King of SUVs,’ thanks to its distinctive design that exudes unparalleled presence and a host of high-end options catering to luxury consumers.

To ensure Escalade customers enjoy a service experience befitting the flagship SUV, Cadillac has upgraded the ‘Pickup & Delivery Service,’ which handles everything from service center arrival to repair completion, from twice a year within the existing warranty period (3 years/60,000 km) to unlimited use during the warranty period.

Cadillac has also introduced a special financing program that includes long-term low-interest lease options of up to 60 months (40% deposit, annual interest rate of 3.69%) allowing Escalade buyers to choose benefits that suit their situation. Additionally, customers with a history of owning Cadillacs will receive an extra 2% discount when purchasing an Escalade, along with a wealth of purchasing programs.

To celebrate the launch of this special purchase program, Cadillac will hold a nationwide test drive event ‘MEET THE LEGEND’, allowing customers to experience the Escalade and Escalade ESV directly until February 26. Customers interested in test driving these models can apply through the official Cadillac website by selecting the model and date for their test drive.

During the event, customers who apply for a test drive will have a chance to win a coffee gift icon through a lottery. All customers who complete a test drive will receive a specially made premium golf ball set.

Furthermore, customers who participate in the test drive event and complete their purchase by the end of February will also receive an additional Shilla Membership card that includes a one-night stay at Shilla Hotel.
