Aston Martin is pushing the boundaries of collaboration by unveiling ultra-luxurious high-end homes beyond automobiles.

In collaboration with a Japanese luxury real estate company, Vivreau, Aston Martin has introduced a luxury house designed in keeping with its design philosophy in the upscale Omotesando area near Minami Aoyama, Tokyo.

The house known as ‘No 001 Minami Aoyama’, revealed through the cooperation of both companies, is a four-story private residence that includes a car gallery, wine cellar, home cinema, gym, and a personal spa. Aston Martin actively participated in the design of both the exterior and interior of the home in collaboration with local architects.

Slated for completion in November 2023, this residence has already been sold. Aston Martin is also working on a luxury home in Miami, USA, where a residential tower set to be completed in 2023 is already over 97% sold.

Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s Vice President and Chief Creative Officer, stated, “The interior of the house should not only respond to the senses with a total combination of space and materials but also provide a quiet and comfortable space for relaxation,” emphasizing that, “Countries in Asia, which boast a long history and well-preserved culture, greatly inspire Aston Martin’s creations.”

Toshiuki Yoshida, CEO of Vivreau, remarked, “Vivreau strives to offer valuable experiences and values to customers in the luxury real estate sector through the world’s finest products and services. The design philosophy and expertise of the super-luxury brand Aston Martin will positively impact not only this house but also the Asian luxury real estate market as a whole.”
