Volvo Cars Korea is holding a customer appreciation event at official service centers nationwide to celebrate its joint first position in after-sales service satisfaction and its third consecutive year achieving first place in product satisfaction.

Recently, Volvo Cars Korea received the joint first position in after-sales service satisfaction in the “2022 Automotive Planning Survey” conducted by Consumer Insight. This survey covered overall brands, including both imported and domestic vehicles, and its significance lies in the recognition of Volvo’s outstanding service quality and product reliability. In addition to this, the company also clinched first place in product satisfaction, achieving a total of two awards, and ranked first among European brands in initial and durability quality satisfaction.

To commemorate these achievements, an appreciation event will take place from the 12th at service centers across the nation. This event is available to all customers who have had vehicle maintenance performed at any of the 32 Volvo Cars official service centers and includes a “Diffuser Gift Set.” The set, which is available in limited quantities at each service center, includes a 50ml diffuser, an air vent fragrance, a refill pack, and wood reed sticks.

Song Kyung-ran, Executive Vice President in charge of customer service at Volvo Cars Korea, stated, “This event was prepared to celebrate the efforts and achievements of Volvo Cars Korea, which has strengthened its foundation alongside growth, and to give back to our customers for their support. Next year, we will prioritize customer satisfaction, listen more carefully to customer feedback, and strive to provide even better service.”

This year marks the 22nd edition of Consumer Insight’s Automotive Planning Survey, which is conducted annually with a sample size of 100,000, making it the most accurate consumer satisfaction survey in the country.

In the after-sales service satisfaction survey involving 31,220 respondents who had experienced official service centers or partner repair shops, Volvo recorded an outstanding score of 846 points, placing it jointly in first place among all imported and domestic brands. Among 6,816 respondents who purchased new vehicles within the past year, Volvo achieved first place for three consecutive years in both domestic and imported car brands for product satisfaction.
