Toyota Korea is conducting a special service campaign to celebrate its achievement as the number one in customer service satisfaction (SSI) in the imported car sector, as revealed in the 2022 automotive planning survey by Consumer Insight, until December 31.

During the campaign period, all customers visiting the service center will receive a free brake inspection service along with a 10% discount on parts and labor for air conditioning filters, air cleaner elements, wiper rubbers/blades, brake pads/discs, coolant, and 12V batteries. Customers who visit the service center will also receive a special gift of hand cream with the Toyota logo, given on a first-come, first-served basis.

In October, Toyota Korea achieved the first place in sales service satisfaction (SSI) and third in after-sales service satisfaction (CSI), as revealed in the ‘2022 Automotive Planning Survey’ by Consumer Insight. This is a positive result, reflecting the continuous efforts made to enhance customer satisfaction, moving from second place last year to first place this year in the sales service sector.

Executive Director Kang Dae-hwan of Toyota Korea stated, “Toyota has been working hard alongside our dealers across the country to provide satisfaction to each customer through our sales and services. We hope that through this service campaign, prepared as a way to repay our customers’ support, you will take advantage of the vehicle inspection and prepare for safer driving.”
