Bullson has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Daeyoung Chaevi, a company providing one-stop solutions for electric vehicle charging, to expand vehicle management services and build electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

The signing ceremony, held on the 27th at ChaeviStay Gangnam Seocho in Seocho-gu, Seoul, was attended by representatives from both companies. They have agreed to collaborate on infrastructure development and business expansion in response to the rapid growth of the electric vehicle market.

Through this agreement, Bullson plans to introduce Daeyoung’s latest electric vehicle charging facilities at its nationwide vehicle management service hubs, including Bullson Plaza, Bullson Wash & Care, Bullson Car Care, and Bullson Specialty Stores, to provide charging services to visiting customers. Additionally, they aim to broaden the scope of service partnerships and related marketing promotions based on the electric vehicle charging facilities.

Daeyoung has built the largest network of ultra-fast and fast chargers in the country, with over 5,000 proprietary charging stations providing electric vehicle charging services. They have launched a subscription-based charging plan called ‘Chaevi Pass,’ receiving high acclaim from users. Daeyoung is also innovating the market with the introduction of ‘ChaeviStay,’ a complex cultural space in Gangnam Seocho where customers can relax and experience various lifestyles while charging their vehicles.

Gang Tae-wook, head of Bullson’s Strategic Business Division, stated, “This is a significant moment as the automotive market shifts from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles. With this MOU, Bullson aims to develop diverse service business models related to electric vehicles and become a ‘car lifestyle culture company.'”
