Encar.com has launched ‘Encar Comparison Service PRO.’

The Encar Comparison Service PRO is a customer-centered service that allows you to sell your car without face-to-face interactions with dealers, from vehicle registration to sale, at the highest estimated price. This service is designed to alleviate the burden of in-person dealer meetings and on-site depreciation when selling a car, providing a reliable vehicle-selling experience.

Customers can choose between the existing ‘General Auction’ method, where they register their vehicle’s condition to receive an estimate immediately, and the new ‘Encar Comparison Service PRO’ method.

When applying for the Encar Comparison Service PRO, a certified appraiser is matched to visit and diagnose the vehicle at the location and time desired by the customer. Based on the diagnostic results, an auction is conducted, allowing customers to receive up to 30 estimates from excellent partner dealers within 24 hours.

Customers simply need to choose their preferred estimate and decide whether to finalize the sale. Since a professional diagnosis from the Encar appraiser has already been completed before the auction, the chosen estimate can be sold without any depreciation. Encar.com will directly handle the payment process and also provides a free vehicle transport service for vehicle handovers.

The Encar Comparison Service PRO is available for six domestic automotive brands (Hyundai, Kia, Renault, Ssangyong, Chevrolet, Genesis) in the metropolitan regions, including Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The service fee is free and the same as the ‘General Auction’ method. In the future, Encar.com plans to expand its services to include imported vehicles and extend its availability nationwide.

An Encar representative stated, “The Encar Comparison Service PRO is a vehicle-selling service that integrates Encar’s 22 years of used car expertise into its diagnostic technology. We will continue to enhance our vehicle-selling services to strengthen our competitive edge in the market as the top used car platform.”
