SsangYong Motor is launching an upgrade campaign for the Torres navigation system.

Since the launch of the all-new Torres SUV in July, SsangYong Motor has been attentive to market reactions and customer feedback, activating a real-time response team to enhance quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

A representative from SsangYong commented, “This campaign for upgrading the full-size map of the Torres’ 12.3-inch Infocon AVN navigation is a promise we made to our customers based on their feedback since the launch, and we’re proud to deliver it after a development period of about three months. Moving forward, we will continue to listen to our customers’ valuable opinions and work on continuous improvements even after vehicle releases to enhance satisfaction levels.”

The navigation full-size map upgrade campaign is available for customers who purchased vehicles from July 5 to October 24. This upgrade adds a ‘full-size map mode’ to improve visibility, while the existing split map screen mode remains available for customers’ preferences.

For customers who wish to avoid the inconvenience of visiting a service center for installation, they can download the navigation upgrade program file on a USB from the SsangYong Automotive website. Customers who may have difficulty using a computer can receive the service for free at the nationwide SsangYong service network.
