BMW Unveils Exclusive ‘BMW i Soulmate’ Membership for Electric Vehicle Owners

‘BMW has launched the BMW i Soulmate, which includes external car washes and hotel restaurant discounts for electric vehicle buyers.’

BMW Korea introduces the new ‘BMW i Soulmate’ membership program, offering a variety of benefits to customers purchasing pure electric vehicles.

The BMW i Soulmate provides exclusive mobility services for customers who buy BMW’s electric vehicle lineup, ensuring a comfortable and convenient electric vehicle experience, along with a premium lifestyle that offers BMW’s unique customer experience.

Members of the BMW i Soulmate will receive a complimentary external car wash service once a year, as well as a 30,000 KRW coupon for safe return home via designated driver service.

Additionally, luxurious benefits are provided at major luxury hotels in Korea, such as Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, Park Hyatt Busan, and JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa. Benefits include: discounts of 5-10% at dining facilities, free parking for 3 hours for customers using BMW charging stations in the hotel, and complimentary beverages at the lobby lounge. The availability of these benefits varies by hotel.

There are also various cultural, artistic, and lifestyle benefits. Tickets for the immersive media art exhibition ‘Theater of Light’ can be purchased at a 30% discount, and a 10% discount is available on all items from the lifestyle beauty brand ‘Hotel Dawson’ through its official website.

Eligibility for the membership is for customers who purchased a BMW pure electric model after September 3, 2021, and it offers benefits for three years from the purchase date. Each benefit can be used once a year in voucher format and is renewed every January.

Members can easily check and utilize benefits through BMW’s customized lifestyle platform, the ‘BMW Vantage’ app.
