BMW Korea officially launches the high-performance premium compact SAC, the “New X2 M35i xDrive,” showcasing the unique design and powerful performance of the M brand along with an enhanced digital experience.
The New X2 M35i xDrive is the performance model of the BMW New X2 lineup, featuring exclusive M design elements on both the exterior and interior to accentuate its sporty feel while enhancing its characteristic powerful performance and dynamic driving experience.
The BMW New X2 M35i xDrive presents a harmonious blend of M-specific design elements and a sleek coupe silhouette that exudes sporty allure. The front features an M Performance-specific kidney grill and radiator grill illumination with ‘BMW Iconic Glow,’ emphasizing the intense presence characteristic of a high-performance model.
The smooth roofline extends seamlessly from the side to the rear, showcasing the refined style unique to BMW SAC. This is further enhanced by the application of 20-inch M alloy two-tone wheels, M sport brakes, M side mirror caps, M-specific quad tailpipes, and an M rear spoiler, all of which amplify its dynamic appeal.
The interior space reflects the motorsport essence typical of BMW M throughout its design. It includes an M sports leather steering wheel and two-tone sporty seats that emphasize the distinctive sporty feeling of BMW M.
Powering the BMW New X2 M35i xDrive is an M TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder gasoline engine that generates a maximum output of 317 horsepower and a peak torque of 40.8 kg·m, paired with a 7-speed Steptronic automatic transmission, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds. Additionally, it comes standard with Adaptive M Suspension, which adjusts the damping force according to driving conditions to ensure optimal driving performance in various environments.
Key options include advanced features such as ‘Driving Assistant Professional,’ ‘Parking Assistant Plus,’ and ‘BMW Digital Key,’ along with premium comfort features like a head-up display, Harman Kardon sound system, and a panoramic glass roof, allowing for safer and more pleasant driving.
Moreover, the latest BMW Operating System (OS) 9 is implemented in this model. It comes with a Korean version of BMW navigation based on TMAP, updating all map information, including the latest traffic conditions, in real time for optimal route guidance. The newly launched ‘BMW Digital Premium’ also provides a wide range of entertainment apps, including games, videos, and music, for an expansive digital experience.
The price of the BMW New X2 M35i xDrive is 74.4 million won (including VAT).
