Aston Martin has announced the launch of the DBX707 AMR24 Edition to celebrate its F1 team, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. Following the name of Aston Martin’s official racing car, the DBX707 AMR24 Edition showcases the racing DNA inherited from the AMR24 F1® vehicle and the official F1 medical car.
The AMR24 F1 vehicle is the result of countless hours of work and uncompromising craftsmanship. It carries forward the strengths of its predecessors while reflecting the experiences gained in Aston Martin Aramco’s most successful season to date. The AMR24 F1 is the first vehicle born from the cutting-edge AMR technology campus at Silverstone, designed as a powerful evolution model that can provide a perfect platform for continuous improvement throughout the season.
Released to commemorate the achievements of Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® on the track, the DBX707 AMR24 Edition elevates the intensity and road presence of the ultra-luxury SUV DBX707. The unique combination of colors and trims embodies the thrill of F1 and creates the DBX707, the world’s most dynamic and powerful luxury SUV, reflecting true dynamism and a racing feel.
The AMR24 Edition includes special elements inside and out of the DBX707. The exterior colors can be selected from Podium Green, Onyx Black, or Neutron White, while the brake calipers in Aston Martin Racing Green or AMR Lime harmonize beautifully with the 23-inch Portus wheels in satin or gloss black. An exclusive engine plaque for the AMR24 is also included in the engine compartment.
The body, featuring either gloss black or carbon materials, is accented with lime green or trophy silver color points, a nod to the design of the AMR24 F1 vehicle and the official F1 medical car. This emphasizes the connection between road cars and F1 track vehicles.
The interior of the DBX707 AMR24 Edition highlights an Inspiring Sports trim available in two color options, enhancing the improved interior design. The monotone Onyx Black includes lime-colored stitching and piping, while the duo-tone fabric of Onyx Black and Eifel Green is accented with lime stitches for added detail. Moreover, options for extensively applied carbon fiber and dark chrome jewelry or satin chrome-finished titanium mesh further enhance the luxury feel. The Aston Martin logo is embossed in metal foil on the dashboard panel, while the door sills feature the AMR24 inscription, showcasing Aston Martin’s racing heritage. A wireless charging station is also adorned with lime hand-stitched saddle straps.
The meticulous details continue with expanded carbon fiber and dark chrome jewelry or satin chrome-finished titanium mesh. The Aston Martin logo is again embossed on the dashboard panel, with AMR24 on the door sills making Aston Martin’s racing heritage unmistakable. The wireless charging station is further accentuated with the addition of lime handcrafted straps, highlighting Aston Martin’s unique identity.
The interior of the DBX707 is equipped with a new sound system developed in collaboration with Bowers & Wilkins, aligning with the powerful aesthetics and tone. This system boasts acoustically optimized designs for the internal space and shape of the DBX707, utilizing technology and innovation drawn from globally acclaimed high-end speakers.
The Aston Martin DBX707 quickly ascended to the pinnacle of luxury SUVs, combining outstanding performance, unparalleled dynamism, unmatched style, and true luxury. At its core is a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 707 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque, paired with a 9-speed wet clutch automatic transmission. A sophisticated all-wheel-drive system allows for up to 100 percent of the torque to be distributed to the rear wheels as needed, and the DBX707 AMR24 accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, with a top speed of 310 km/h.
Building on this exceptional performance, the DBX707 has secured its place as the sole powertrain in Aston Martin’s SUV portfolio. The introduction of Aston Martin’s latest in-house developed infotainment system and the adoption of a new interior structure announced earlier this year mark the essence of the new DBX707.
