Hyundai Motors Announces Major Recruitment for Mobility Technology Talent

On the 5th (Wednesday), Hyundai Motors announced that it will conduct recruitment for technical talent in the second half of the year (July to December), following its hiring of mobility technology personnel in the first half (January to June). The company plans to select mobility technology employees with diverse skills and expertise to actively respond to future industry trends, including electrification.

This recruitment will cover two areas: assembly and manufacturing of finished vehicles at Hyundai’s domestic production plants (Ulsan, Asan, Jeonju) and research and development (R&D) positions within the Namyang Research Institute.

Applicants must have at least a high school diploma, with no age or gender restrictions. Detailed requirements for each recruitment area can be found on the Hyundai recruitment website. (Note: Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service.)

Document submissions will take place from the 10th (Monday) to the 16th (Tuesday) at 5 PM this month. The announcement of document successful candidates is scheduled for mid-August. For those who pass the document review, personnel and aptitude tests will be conducted at the end of August, the first interviews in September, and final interviews and physical examinations in October. The final successful candidates will be announced in November.

Successful candidates for the assembly and manufacturing positions will join in two batches, with placements on the production floor scheduled for December this year and January next year. The R&D positions at the Namyang Research Institute are expected to start in December and placements will be made by January next year.
