Aston Martin Brings Luxury to Korea with the Opening of Suwon Showroom

‘Aston Martin Suwon’ Showroom Overview

Brittania Auto, selected as the official importer of Aston Martin in Korea, has opened the ‘Aston Martin Suwon’ showroom for domestic customers.

Brittania Auto is a subsidiary of the comprehensive automotive service company Deutsche Automobil Group, and it was selected as the official importer of Aston Martin based on its sales and service know-how as a premium import car official dealer. The Deutsche Automobil Group has a dealer network for various brands ranging from premium imports to luxury supercars and provides comprehensive services and platforms covering all areas from purchasing to selling vehicles.

The Aston Martin brand, exclusively launched by Brittania Auto in Korea, is a British ultra-luxury sports car manufacturer. In Korea, it is well-known as the ‘Bond car’ from the 007 series, and recently introduced the new model of the DBX707, regarded as one of the ‘fastest SUVs in existence,’ along with the next-generation Vantage and DB12. This year marks the 111th anniversary of the brand’s foundation and the 10th anniversary of its entry into the Korean market, and various activities are planned to unfold domestically.

The newly opened ‘Aston Martin Suwon’ represents the ambition to actively utilize the assets accumulated by the Deutsche Automobil Group in the premium import car market. On the 30th, the first official event of ‘Aston Martin Suwon’ took place in the showroom located in the world’s largest automotive shopping mall, Deutsche Auto World, where customers were invited to celebrate the showroom opening.

At the event attended by Gregory Adams, the overall president of Aston Martin Asia, the next-generation sports car, the new Vantage model, was unveiled to domestic customers for the first time, along with live jazz performances and drawing performances, providing memorable entertainment for Aston Martin aficionados.

The new Vantage, which first met domestic customers that day, had its world premiere in February. It boasts the fastest speed in the brand’s history with its significantly upgraded handcrafted 4.0 twin-turbo V8 engine, producing 665PS of maximum power and 800Nm of peak torque.

Additionally, the showroom features the new DB12 model from the DB lineup equipped with a twin-turbo V8 engine, launched under the title ‘THE BIRTH OF NEW ICON.’ Brittania Auto plans to swiftly showcase next-generation vehicles that Aston Martin is preparing to launch, such as the new Vanquish model, while also increasing interaction with domestic customers through various activities.

Aston Martin Suwon will also serve as an official service center. Existing Aston Martin customers can access official services at Aston Martin Suwon, and orders received through existing dealers will be sequentially fulfilled through Aston Martin Suwon.

At the official event, Brittania Auto’s CEO Kwon Hyuk-min expressed, “We are delighted to be selected as the official importer of the British luxury sports car brand Aston Martin in Korea.” He further added, “Through Aston Martin Suwon, we aim to provide services and brand experiences for Aston Martin’s domestic customers and fans, while striving to expand Aston Martin’s presence in the Korean market leveraging the know-how and assets accumulated by Deutsche Automobil Group over the years.”

Meanwhile, Deutsche Automobil Group plans to expand its luxury supercar lineup, spearheaded by its recently secured Lamborghini dealerships in Bundang and Busan, in addition to Aston Martin. The group aims to solidify its position as a leading comprehensive automotive service company by adding luxury supercars to its existing premium import car brands, which include BMW, MINI, Porsche, Land Rover, and Audi.
