Volvo Korea Unveils New Service Center in Hanam: A Premium Experience Awaits!

On the 3rd, Volvo Cars Korea announced the opening of the new Volvo Hanam Service Center to provide Swedish premium services to customers in the southeastern area of Seoul and Gyeonggi province.

The Volvo Hanam Service Center, operated by Kolon Automotive, an official dealer of Volvo Cars Korea, has a total floor area of 1,903.18㎡ (about 576 pyeong) and is located along a major road in Hanam, providing excellent accessibility for customers. It incorporates the ‘Volvo Retail Experience (VRE)’ concept, allowing customers to experience Volvo’s unique Swedish premium services.

In line with Volvo’s sustainability philosophy, the facility is powered by eco-friendly energy through a solar canopy and includes rapid (DC combo) and slow (AC combo) chargers in the parking area to cater to the growing demand for electric vehicle charging services.

The newly opened Volvo Hanam Service Center can handle up to 450 general repairs per month and offers tailored premium services through its ‘Volvo Personal Service (VPS)’ which matches technicians directly with customers. Furthermore, a luxurious customer lounge has been set up for visitors to comfortably wait during their vehicle maintenance.

Additionally, to celebrate the opening of the Hanam Service Center, Volvo Cars Korea will conduct various events. All customers who bring their vehicles to the service center will receive a money clip (while supplies last), and between June 3 and July 31, customers who undergo paid repairs will be entered into a draw for exciting prizes, including a Dyson hair dryer, a Samsung Bespoke cooker, and a Pick By Volvo wagon and camping folding box (prize contents may change or the event may end early due to stock depletion).

CEO Lee Yun-mo of Volvo Cars Korea stated, “We opened this service center in Hanam to strengthen our connection with customers in southeastern Seoul and Gyeonggi province and offer the premium services unique to Volvo Cars. Moving forward, Volvo Cars Korea will continue to invest in and expand our service network to enhance both quantitative and qualitative growth.”
