Audi Korea has announced that they are selecting player escorts to walk alongside FC Bayern Munich players during the Coupang Play Series match.
FC Bayern will be visiting Korea for the first time this August as part of the ‘Audi Summer Tour 2024’. Now in its 9th year, the ‘Audi Summer Tour’ is a pre-season marketing tour and training camp that FC Bayern has been holding annually since 2014 in partnership with Audi.
Audi Korea is looking for player escorts who will walk onto the field with FC Bayern players during the friendly match scheduled for August 3rd at Seoul World Cup Stadium. In this friendly, FC Bayern will face off against Tottenham Hotspur, an English Premier League team featuring Son Heung-min.
Audi Korea plans to select a total of 8 player escorts, eligible for children aged 6-10, with a height between 110 cm and 130 cm. Applications for the player escort program will be open from June 3rd to June 12th, and finalists will be notified individually at the end of June after an interview. Selected player escorts will have the chance to watch the match on-site and create special memories with the soccer players from FC Bayern.
Application for the player escort program can be made through Audi Korea’s official Instagram, where participants must upload a post featuring their child’s photo and motivation for applying, along with the required hashtags. Additionally, Audi Korea plans to conduct various marketing activities for customers through official dealers and social media channels to commemorate this year’s ‘Audi Summer Tour 2024’.
