Audi Launches Exciting 2024 Summer Service Campaign for All Models

Audi Korea is launching the ‘2024 Audi Summer Campaign’ for all Audi models until June 30.

This service campaign, which is being conducted simultaneously at Audi’s official service centers nationwide, aims to ensure safe and comfortable vehicle operation for Audi customers ahead of the intense heat and monsoon season. It covers all Audi vehicles.

During the campaign period, Audi’s professional technicians will provide free inspections for 13 essential summer service items using state-of-the-art equipment, including checks on tires, engines, air conditioning, and cooling systems. Additionally, customers who purchase genuine wiper blades during the monsoon preparation period will receive a 20% discount.

Furthermore, customers who purchase the ‘Service Extension Package’ during the campaign will receive a gift of Audi genuine accessories (vehicle air freshener). Audi’s ‘Service Extension Package’ is designed for basic vehicle maintenance and includes essential service items and services based on mileage, ensuring customers enjoy optimal vehicle experience throughout their Audi ownership. The ‘Service Extension Package’ consists of four packages: Standard, Premium, Brake Pad, and Brake Package. Utilizing the service extension package allows customers to access services at a reduced cost of about 20% compared to individual consumption items, making it cost-effective.

Moreover, Audi will be offering a new service extension program called ‘Slim Package’ during the campaign period, which reduces the burden of engine oil change costs. The ‘Slim Package’ consists of two engine oil changes and a regular inspection, with a reasonable package cost of around 400,000 won for the Audi A6 model.

The ‘2024 Audi Summer Campaign’ allows for pre-bookings through the ‘My Audi World’ app and the service reservation page on the official Audi Korea website, ensuring customers receive their vehicle inspection services promptly and conveniently. For more details, customers may inquire at their nearest Audi official service center or Audi customer support center.

Additionally, Audi operates various A/S services, including the ‘Audi Chatbot’ service, which is available 24/7. Customers who purchase the 2024 model will also receive a complimentary consumable maintenance coupon (CSP – Car Service Plus) and an online or telephone reservable pickup and delivery service for a total of six one-way trips over three years.

Furthermore, various notification services are being offered to enhance customer satisfaction, such as ‘Service Reminders’ that alert customers before the expiration of the ESP (Extended Service Package) and CSP, and ‘Repair Progress Updates’ that provide SMS updates on repair status. Audi plans to install sales booths at service centers nationwide to make vehicle purchase consultations more convenient for customers.

Audi Korea aims to provide more customers with the premium lifestyle experience associated with the Audi brand and to create a business environment optimized for the new mobility era across various sectors, including sales, network, and services.
