Mercedes-Benz Launches Unique 3-Day Home Service Refund Policy in the Used Car Market

Hanseong Motors, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, announced on the 11th that it will be the first in the imported car dealer industry to introduce a certified used car service called the ‘Home Service 3-Day Refund Policy’.

The ‘Home Service 3-Day Refund Policy’ allows customers who purchase a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from Hanseong Motors to drive the vehicle for three days, and if they are unsatisfied, they can receive a full refund without penalty.

Hanseong Motors has confidence in the quality of its vehicles, which have passed Mercedes-Benz’s rigorous 198 certification procedures. With the introduction of this ‘Home Service 3-Day Refund Policy’, the company aims to further enhance the convenience and reliability of online purchases for its customers.

The vehicles eligible for the ‘Home Service 3-Day Refund Policy’ will be selected each month based on popular models from the Hanseong Motors Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned car website, and customers can utilize the service through home service inquiries. After an advisor is assigned, consultations are conducted, and after completing payment and insurance procedures, the ‘Home Delivery Service’ will take place at the customer’s desired location.

The return and refund process for vehicles is also simple. Customers can freely test drive the vehicle and then communicate their intention to purchase. If they are dissatisfied with the chosen vehicle, they can return it on the final day of the three-day period. Customers seeking a refund can complete the vehicle return at the designated certified pre-owned car dealership, and their payment will be refunded within five days.
