Renault Korea is showcasing a camper based on the Renault Master light commercial vehicle to its customers.
The Renault Master, a highly popular European-style van model, has recently seen Renault Korea secure a special batch of 700 units for limited sale. To celebrate this limited offer, some showrooms are displaying the Master-based camper. You can experience the Renault Master camper at the Dongtan dealership in Hwaseong City and the Dongrae office showroom in Busan.
Additionally, from the 28th of this month, visitors will have the chance to test the Renault Master camper at the 2024 Busan Mobility Show held at BEXCO. Renault Korea plans to enhance customer accessibility during this event by creating an experience zone for both the Renault Master and Master camper at the outdoor booth in BEXCO Hall 1.
Both the Master Van S and L, currently limited for sale by Renault Korea, provide ample cargo space, making them highly versatile for use as campers or delivery vehicles. Especially among camping enthusiasts, the Master has garnered a reputation as the ‘ultimate camping vehicle’ thanks to its stylish design, high utility, and spacious interior.
The Renault Master Van is equipped with a 2.3L twin-turbo diesel engine, delivering a maximum output of 150 horsepower and a peak torque of 39.3 kg.m. With combined fuel efficiency of 11 km per liter for the Master Van S and 10.5 km for the Master Van L, it boasts class-leading fuel efficiency. The interior features a passenger vehicle-style dashboard, steering wheel, and gear knob, complemented by a highly visible digital cluster and a 3.5-inch TFT display, ensuring high convenience for drivers accustomed to passenger cars.
Hwang Jae-seop, Executive Director of Sales and Network Management at Renault Korea, stated, “Since showcasing the Master-based camper in our showrooms, we have received a lot of interest and positive feedback from customers. As we expect the recently acquired stock to deplete quickly, we hope more customers get to experience the spaciousness and excellent utility of the Master firsthand.”
Meanwhile, the Renault Master, known for its reasonable price and generous space, is perfectly suited for camper conversion, with prices set at ▲ Van S 36,850,000 and ▲ Van L 38,450,000, and offers a 3-year/100,000 km warranty. This warranty covers not only the engine and powertrain components but also the vehicle’s body and general parts.
