On the 19th, TMAP Mobility announced that it has partnered with the restaurant reservation platform Catch Table to offer online reservation and waiting features. As a result, users can now search for popular restaurants, make reservations, and start their journey with TMAP navigation.

This feature can be accessed by entering the store name in the search bar of the TMAP application, where users will find the buttons “Book Now” and “Waitlist Now”. Information regarding the waiting status can be checked on the location’s detail page, and once the reservation or waiting is completed, users can view the detailed information anytime by navigating to Home → All Tabs → Usage History → Restaurants & Cafes. However, this service is available only for establishments that are in partnership with Catch Table.

If users are undecided about which restaurant to visit, they can explore nearby popular restaurants through detailed categories such as ‘Restaurants’ and ‘Cafes’ found in the bottom tab “T Now” of the app. T Now is based on real-time driving data, providing reliability and enabling users to quickly and accurately identify popular locations for their desired destination.

TMAP Mobility aims to advance various local services closely related to daily life, such as vehicles, dining, and travel, in addition to the diverse transportation methods it has already integrated. Starting with this collaboration with Catch Table, the company plans to continue its efforts to provide more information and reviews about popular dining spots. In fact, from the 4th to the 17th, they ran a first event where users could upload photos of restaurants and cafes to receive Naver points, resulting in over 35,000 high participation records.
