Bayern Auto, the official dealer of Audi, announced its partnership with Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to establish a joint marketing partnership aimed at customer satisfaction.
Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport is the first lifestyle mall in Korea, offering shopping, hotels, entertainment, and leisure-themed parks all in one location. It is renowned for its natural ecological park, ‘Sky Park,’ and its rooftop observatory where visitors can watch planes take off and land. Through this partnership, Bayern Auto aims to provide a variety of lifestyle events and benefits for Audi and Lotte Mall customers.
To celebrate the partnership, Bayern Auto will operate a pop-up store at Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport from July 5 to July 14 for a ten-day event, featuring car displays and test drives. In addition, the company is preparing various marketing activities by utilizing Audi’s premium customer marketing services and the excellent accessibility of Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport, along with cultural content for the local community.
The Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center is Bayern Auto’s first service network, strategically located to provide excellent accessibility for customers from Seoul and the western Gyeonggi area, offering a more convenient service infrastructure. Customers can enjoy a variety of leisure activities at Lotte Mall and Lotte Department Store while their vehicles are being serviced, which has resulted in high satisfaction among users. Since July 10, the ‘Audi Airport Service’ has been operational, expanding opportunities for customers to experience the Audi brand and premium lifestyle services.
