Exclusive ‘Salon de Maybach’ Experience Launched by Hansung Motors

On the 9th, Hansung Motors, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, announced the launch of a special class exclusively for Hansung Motors customers, titled ‘Salon de Maybach’ at their Cheongdam showroom.

‘Salon de Maybach’ is a customized lecture program for Mercedes-Maybach customers, featuring specially selected lifestyle and cultural content that enhances the value of the Maybach brand.

The Cheongdam showroom, the venue for ‘Salon de Maybach’, was recently renovated and reopened in April, implementing the world’s first Mercedes-Maybach interior concept, the ‘Mercedes-Maybach Exclusive Lounge Plus’. It operates alongside the Maybach-dedicated area, ‘Mercedes-Maybach Exclusive Lounge Plus’ (2nd floor), and the S-Class dedicated area, ‘Mercedes-Benz Exclusive Lounge Plus’ (1st floor).

The first class of ‘Salon de Maybach’ was composed of a whiskey lecture and tasting session by MBC reporter Cho Seung-won, known for his books on whiskey. Reporter Cho Seung-won is also the planner and director of the YouTube channel ’14F Jurlak’s World’, which has 2 million subscribers, and is famous for writing works like ‘‘, ‘‘, and ‘‘.

Customers participating in ‘Salon de Maybach’ experienced a showroom tour showcasing premium Mercedes-Benz models, including Maybach and S-Class, before the whiskey class commenced.

The whiskey class began with a tasting session where customers heard various explanations about whiskey from reporter Cho Seung-won and had the chance to sample different types of whiskey. Additionally, a high-level catering service from a Michelin-starred restaurant was provided, featuring pairings with the whiskey.

With the launch of the ‘Salon de Maybach’ whiskey class, Hansung Motors plans to present various themed lectures to convey the values of the Maybach brand beyond just serving as a showroom at the Cheongdam location.
