Polestar has achieved a remarkable feat by being named the top electric vehicle brand in the 2024 Brand Customer Loyalty survey for the second consecutive year.
The electric vehicle category survey was conducted from March 11 to 24, targeting customers who had experiences with the brand in the past year, using both online and one-on-one telephone interviews. The evaluation criteria included ▲ brand reliability, ▲ brand loyalty, ▲ intent to repurchase, ▲ likelihood of recommending to others, and ▲ intent to switch, measured on a 7-point scale.
Among the four brands that were final candidates in the electric vehicle category, Polestar received the highest scores across all evaluation criteria, achieving a total score of 27.41 out of a possible 35, securing the number one spot for the second year in a row.

To celebrate being named number one in the 2024 Brand Customer Loyalty survey for the second year in a row, Polestar Korea has prepared various benefits for both existing and new customers.
For new customers, there are various financial benefits, including an interest-free installment program for up to 60 months and a deferred installment program with a monthly payment of 228,273 won (based on the 24 model Polestar 2 Long Range Single Motor priced at 62.79 million won, with Pilot and Plus packages included).
