Iveco Opens New Sales Office in Ulsan: A Strategic Move for Customer Engagement

Iveco Korea opened a new sales office in Ulsan earlier this month.

The Iveco Ulsan office is located at 130 Industry Road, Nam-gu, Ulsan, at the entrance to the Ulsan Mipo National Industrial Complex, the first national industrial complex in South Korea. It is surrounded by large logistics and industrial complexes, including the Onsan National Industrial Complex and the Ulsan New Port, and is conveniently located near the Donghae Expressway that connects Pohang, Ulsan, and Busan, ensuring optimal business environment and accessibility.

By opening a sales office in an area with high demand for tractors and large cargo vehicles, Iveco Korea aims to strengthen communication with customers and actively attract new clientele. It is also expected to contribute to the revitalization of business in the Ulsan area by operating the existing service dealer alongside the new sales office.

The Ulsan office has established a popup store format at the entrance of the Iveco Ulsan service dealer’s first-class comprehensive repair center. In the customer consultation area within the office, specialized consultants provide purchase consultations including Iveco’s latest promotions, tailored financing programs, and customization packages, along with in-depth know-how for maintaining low total cost of ownership (TCO) and optimal operating conditions. A comfortable waiting area is also provided for customers to relax while receiving inspections and maintenance from the service dealer.

To commemorate the opening of the Ulsan office, Iveco Korea is holding a free inspection event throughout May and will distribute souvenirs to visitors and consultation customers.

According to Jeong-sik Choi, director of Iveco Korea, “Ulsan, a geographical hub connecting Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk and densely populated with large industrial complexes, is a region with a high percentage of sales for commercial vehicles. We expect that the Ulsan office will serve as a key base for customer communication in the Yeongnam area. Furthermore, we will continue to expand our nationwide network to provide opportunities for customers to experience and engage with Iveco’s innovative products and services.”

As of May 2024, Iveco Korea operates 10 sales branches and 17 service networks nationwide.
